Job Description

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day sales activities with customers and prospects for IT products and services, by developing business value propositions.

You will be our driving force to identify and match commercial opportunities with our customers’ and develop market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with existing and new clients, using market knowledge, account management skills, sales ability and customer focus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer accounts and Identify market potential.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with IT, Technical and Procurement departments of the accounts.

  • Proactively create a strategic roadmap to develop new business opportunities, initiate sales process by scheduling appointments.

  • Determine customer’s needs and prepare proposals to sell Information Technology solutions that address that needs.

  • Generate, track and report sales proposals and leads.

  • Close sales with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.

  • Work closely with outside sales representatives and distributors/partners to acquire new opportunities

  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.

  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

  • 1-3 years of Account Management/Solution sales in both hardware, software and services.

  • University/College degree or equivalent preferable in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Information Technology.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Motivation and persistence, team player, time management efficiency.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Greek and English.

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.

As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with customers and prospects, using market knowledge, account management skills, sales ability and customer focus.

You will be our driving force to identify and match Integrated Information Technology Solutions opportunities with our customers and develop market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies market potential by qualifying account.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Determine customer’s needs and prepare proposals to sell Information
  • Technology solutions that address that needs
  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation.
  • Closes sales with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts
  • Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

  • 5-7 years of Account Management/Solution sales in both hardware, software and services with proven sales record
  • University/College degree or equivalent preferable in Information Technology, Computer Science.
  • Meeting or exceeding revenue targets/sales quotas
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Motivation and persistence, team player, time management efficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Greek and English
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications

Account Manager

Description:

  • Management and research of new customers for CASIO calculators.
  • Continuous update in new products (technical and operational characteristics giving emphasis to scientific calculators) and provision of feedback to the internal company team as well as to the customers’ network.
  • Producing statistical reports and analysis through ERP systems.
  • Provision of daily support so as to ensure the good operation of all stages in sales, delivery and support of products.
  • Communication with collaborators abroad in cooperation with the Department’s Sales Manager for issues related to orders, products, monthly and annual reports as well as solving various issues by phone and email communications and possibly by visitations within Greece and abroad.
  • Cooperation with the Marketing Department for direct launching of products as well as their promotion to the customers’ network.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Working experience in sales and management of clientele will be considered as a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or Degree from Technical Educational Institute (TEI) in Sciences and (preferably) in advanced knowledge of mathematics
  • Computer skills and working knowledge in MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Working experience in ERP systems will be considered as plus
  • Teamwork spirit, good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and achieve goals for specific customers’ network
  • Identify customers’ needs and conditions of the market
  • Close monitoring of the competition/market
  • Management of payment collection and monitoring of the customer’s financial image
  • Driver’s license
  • Availability to travel outside the Attica Region in regular basis
