Information Security Policy
The primary objective of ELMI Systems’ Management System is to establish a foundation for the continuous improvement of its process effectiveness, always aiming to consistently meet the needs and expectations of its customers and stakeholders to the greatest possible extent.
To achieve this, Management supports and consistently applies the core principles and rules governing the Company’s Management System, setting objective goals for Information Security, based on the unwavering and constructive collaboration of both its employees and partners.
The core principles, as stated within the Company’s Management System processes, are:
- Compliance with predefined customer requirements as agreed through mutually accepted and signed offers/contracts, aiming to increase customer satisfaction.
- Constructive collaboration with all partners.
- Continuous training and education of employees.
- Investigation of the causes of non-conformities or complaints and the subsequent determination of corrective actions.
- Recognition of and compliance with the legislation governing each activity carried out by the company.
- Ensuring the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information that is generated, received, stored, and transmitted in the context of service provision and project implementation.
- Maximization of the reliability of the Company’s information resources.
The principles of the System, as well as the objective goals for Information Security, are regularly reviewed by the Company’s Management to adapt to new market needs and developments, legislative requirements, and to achieve the goal of continuous improvement of the Company’s operations.
Through these ongoing reviews, Management is in constant pursuit of both human and intangible needs. Management is committed to providing the necessary resources to meet these needs, as they arise and evolve from current conditions, to the maximum of its capabilities.
All departments of ELMI Systems are responsible for responding to, assimilating, and implementing the procedures required by the Management System through their daily activities.
It is also the responsibility of ELMI Systems’ Management to ensure that the Information Security Policy is communicated, understood, and applicable by all Company personnel, with the ultimate goal of continuous, consistent, and unwavering adherence to its principles and the ongoing delivery of high-quality products and services to its customers, while minimizing its environmental footprint.
